About These Terms
By accessing the Yuko Jewellery website and purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Orders & Payment
Order Placement: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you notice an error with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment via credit card through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Stock Availability: Although we strive to display accurate availability, an item may occasionally be out of stock at the time of ordering. In such cases, you may choose an alternative piece, request a made-to-order piece, or receive a full refund.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Made-to-order items require full payment upfront. Please allow 2-3 weeks for crafting, plus shipping time.
Once a made-to-order piece is underway, the order cannot be cancelled or modified. These pieces are crafted specifically for you.
Products
All jewellery pieces are handcrafted by Yuko Fujita in Melbourne, Australia. Due to the handmade nature of each piece:
- Slight variations in colour, size, and finish are inherent and make each piece unique
- Product images are representative; your piece may differ slightly from what is shown
- Natural materials may show organic variations that are part of their character
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders placed before a price change will be honoured at the original price.
International Orders: Customers outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
