Processing Time
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

- Made-to-order items: Please allow 2-3 weeks for crafting, plus shipping time

International orders are sent via Australia Post International with tracking and insurance.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Packaging
Each piece is carefully wrapped and presented in a Yuko Jewellery box, making it perfect for gifting. Packaging materials are recyclable or biodegradable where possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at yuko@yukojewellery.com.au and we will investigate with the postal service. Please report any international delays exceeding 21 business days.
